Responsible for the precision assembly of high-reliability lithium battery packs adhering to ISO 9001 and strict safety standards. Requires proficiency in spot welding, intricate wiring harness integration, battery management system (BMS) fitment, and post-assembly quality verification testing for industrial and hazardous environment applications.
Perform comprehensive electrical, thermal, environmental, and lifecycle testing on custom rechargeable lithium-ion battery assemblies and Criterion Smart BMS hardware. Work directly alongside design engineers to validate UN 38.3 transport standards, document performance metrics, and optimize pack reliability prior to mass production.
Drive strategic technical business development across key OEM accounts in medical devices, industrial computing, robotics, and oilfield instrumentation. Interface between client engineering teams and internal battery designers to evaluate power requirements, deliver tailored design proposals, and manage key client relationships.
